Are all the products listed in this website manufactured by your company?

The major products of rolling mill are all manufactured by our company individually, such as rolling stand, transmission gears, pinch rollers, loops, layer head etc. While the auxiliary products such as rollers, guide, cooling towers etc are made by our contracted partners, most of them are also the OEM plants of DANIELI and SMS. As you know SMS and DANIELI also do not manufacture all the equipment and spare parts for steel mills. The spare parts you buy with high price from SMS and DANIELI are not all made by themselves. We have very long and stable cooperation relationship with their OEM plants, we can give yo the same products from the OEM plants of SMS and with low price and better delivery time.

Even if the entire set of drawings are not fully available such as roller guide etc, we can arrange technical team to your plant to do the mapping and surveying, and then we can provide you the drawings and the products based on the technical process of SMS and DANIELI.
